BSWs and YAWs at Clear Health Solutions and Sheltering Wings work across residential, community, and in-home settings with children and youth who have complex behaviours and diverse needs. The following questions help us understand how you think and how you approach this work.

Clear Health Solutions & Sheltering Wings operates residential group homes for children and youth presenting with a wide range of complex needs including trauma, mental health diagnoses, addictions, dual diagnosis, complex behaviours, and developmental disabilities. This population requires workers who are skilled, grounded, and genuinely committed. You would be working alongside these children and/or youth in their home environment on a shift basis.
